Although the old banyan tree was no longer there, the second generation named the store as “Under Banyan Tree Grandma’s Tofu Pudding” in honor of the banyan tree. The boss insists on the traditional handmade production by making the tofu pudding dessert with fresh yellow beans. The shop serves a great assortment of flavors for customers to choose from.
