Lukang Delicacy‧Under Banyan Tree Tofu Pudding
Under Banyan Tree Grandma’s Tofu Pudding in Lukang is famous for its traditionally flavored tofu pudding. The first generation had sold traditionally flavored tofu pudding under the banyan tree nestled on Caiyuan Road for over 20 years. Although the old banyan tree was no longer there, the second generation named the store as “Under Banyan Tree Grandma’s Tofu Pudding” in honor of the banyan tree. The boss insists on the traditional handmade production by making the tofu pudding dessert with fresh yellow beans. The shop serves a great assortment of flavors for customers to choose from. The dessert can be either served hot or cold, making it an excellent snacking option in the winter and summer!
